A compression fitting is suitable for connecting pipes together with an optimal seal. The compression ring provides the seal for a compression fitting. When mounting the compression fitting, the compression ring is deformed, making the compression fitting one-time use.
The compression ring is an alternative for welding or soldering a copper pipe. The compression fitting consists of a coupling, a compression nut with internal thread and a compression ring. As soon as the compression nut is tightened, the compression ring will clamp into the tube. Suitable for pipes for gas pipes, water pipes and central heating installations.
