What is a pressure gauge?

A standard pressure gauge is an optical pressure gauge for vacuum or compressed air. This makes it possible to measure the pressure of compressed air in an enclosed space. Processes, pressure build-up or leaks can be measured with a manometer. The measurement is displayed with a needle on a dial.

A further selection consists of the diameter, connection and pressure range. A manometer can also be filled with glycerin. That type is suitable for locations where vibrations or shocks occur. The glycerine provides a damping effect so that the pointer does not vibrate and the pressure is easier to read. More than 250 standard pressure gauges available from stock every day.
